Website terms
Terms for using Sakha's pre-launch website and requesting early-access information.
Last updated: 6 August 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of the Sakha pre-launch website. The site provides information about a product under development and a way to express interest in early access. It is not the Sakha application, and creating an early-access request does not create an account or guarantee access.
2. Product status
Features, timelines, integrations, security descriptions, and launch plans on this site are subject to change. Statements marked as roadmap are not promises that a feature will be delivered. Do not rely on this site for emergency services, public authority decisions, legal advice, or time-critical communication.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, use automated means that materially burden the service, or submit false or misleading contact information.
4. Intellectual property
The Sakha name, logos, design, text, and site materials are owned by or licensed to Kumar Saptam. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without prior written permission, except where law allows.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice. The Cookie Notice explains the limited technologies used on this site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection laws that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction over the controller's place of residence will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
